Our Origin

Riddle Workforce grew out of a clear and recurring need we observed through years of compliance, risk, and governance work.

Riddle Compliance, our sister company, was founded to support organizations operating in regulated and high-risk environments. Over time, our work expanded beyond audits, policies, and oversight into how leadership teams actually function under pressure. We saw firsthand that many organizational challenges did not stem from a lack of rules or advice, but from gaps in leadership capacity, execution support, and coordination across functions.

As our work matured, we began providing fractional, outsourced, and interim compliance solutions across highly regulated industries. In doing so, it became clear that clients were not only seeking compliance expertise — they were seeking broader leadership support.
